استخدام مقاربة الخيارات الحقيقية لتقييم مشاريع الاستكاف والإنتاج البترولي

Résumé: تناولت الدراسة تقديم تحليل الخيارات الحقيقية باعتبارها أداة فعالة و مهمة في تقييم مشاريع الاستكشاف والإنتاج البترولي، وذلك بهدف تقييم المرونة التي يمكن للإدارة التحلي بها عند اتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بالاستثمار،و بناء على ذلك قمنا في هذه الدراسة بتقييم كل من خيار التبديل ،خيار الاستمرار/التخلي وخيار مركب ،حيث اعتمدنا على مبادئ المحاكاة الرقمية والنمذجة لتقييم الخيارات ،إذ كانت الخطوة الاولى تقدير المخزون البترولي في المكان الاولي والتي تعتبر خطوة أساسية لتحديد دالة الإنتاج ، كما استخدمنا حركية براون الهندسية لنمذجة كل من أسعار البترول وكذا التكاليف التشغيلية المتغيرة، أما بالنسبة للنفقات الرأس مالية فقد اعتبرت دالة توزيع مثلثية ،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام نظرية الخيارات الحقيقية في تقيم مشاريع الاستكشاف والإنتاج البترولي لا يضفي فقط قيمة موجبة للمشروع -يرجع ذلك إلى اللاسلبية التي تتميز بها مقاربة الخيارات الحقيقية- ، ولكنه يقلل أيضا من درجة المخاطرة لمشاريع الاستكشاف و الإنتاج البترولي. The study has examined the real options approach “ROA” as an effective and important tool in the evaluation of petroleum exploration and production projects “E&P” in order to assess the managerial flexibility that can be integrated to the investment decision making process. Accordingly, we have evaluated switch on/off option, continue/abandon option and compound option, therefore we have started with the estimation of the Original Oil in Place “OOIP” which is a necessary step to forecast the production profile, secondly, we have used the Geometric Brownian Motion” GBM” to model oil prices & variable operation costs, the capital costs are considered as a triangular distribution function. The results show that the use of real options for assessing E&P projects not only add significant value to the project, due to the non-negativity that characterizes the ROA but also reduces the E&P project risk degree.
