Résumé: ملخص: مر التلقيح الاصطناعي بالكثير من المراحل ليصبح أهم انجاز علمي، حيث طبق على الانسان من أجل القضاء على العقم، ونظرا لأهمية التلقيح الاصطناعي تطرق إليه المشرع الجزائري كباقي التشريعات ونظم أحكامه وشروطه سواء من الناحية الموضوعية أو الإجرائية، وذلك في كل من قانون الأسرة وقانون الصحة الجديد. الكلمات المفتاحية : الزواج الشرعي، العقم، التلقيح الاصطناعي، الانجاب. Abstract: Artificial insemination has gone through many stages to become the most important scientific achievement, as it was applied to humans in order to eliminate infertility, and given the importance of artificial insemination, the Algerian legislator touched on it like the rest of the legislations and regulated its provisions and conditions, whether from the substantive or procedural point of view, in both the family law and the new health law .
