Résumé: الملخص في هذا المقال حاولنا أن نقرب مفاهيم العدالة الانتقالية وكيف أنها تصبح ضرورة لدى بعض المجتمعات التي عاشت جرائم ضد الإنسانية أو ضد حقوق الإنسان، وكيف لهذه الآلية أن ساعدت المجتمعات التي عاشت هذه الانتهاكات في الخروج من أزماتها السياسية خاصة، وباعتماد جملة من الإجراءات والآليات التي أشرنا إليها في هذا المقال. ولعل تفعيل عناصر مهمة مثل، العفو، التسامح، نسيان آلام الماضي وجبر الأضرار المادية والمعنوية، كلها دفعت بهذه المجتمعات إلى فتح صفحات جديدة في كشفها عن الحقائق، وبالتالي ساهمت بقسط كبير في بناء الاستقرار السياسي للبلد وبسط شيئ من الديمقراطية ز معالم الحكم الراشد فيه، حتى نأمن وأجيالنا مستقبلا من الوقوع في فخ الحروب والانتهاكات التي طالت حقوق الإنسان على نحو واسع وممنهج. تلكم هي الأهداف المقدسة التي ترتجى من تفعيل مرتكزات وقواعد العدالة الإنتقالية. الكلمات المفتاحية: العدالة الانتقالية، جرائم ضد الإنسانية، جرائم ضد حقوق الإنسان، الأجهزة القضائية، جمعيات حقوقية. Summary In this article we have tried to approach the concepts of transitional justice in a way that they have become a necessity in some communities that have experienced crimes against humanity or against human rights and how this mechanism helped The communities that have experienced these violations to emerge from these political crises and has contributed to the adoption of a set of procedures and mechanisms that we have discussed in this article. Perhaps the activation of important elements such as forgiveness, tolerance, forgetting the pain of the past and repairing material and moral damage, are pushing these communities to open new pages in the discovery of facts, and Thus largely contributing to the building of the political stability of the country and to extend sustainable democracy and ideal governance even safely and to prevent future generations from falling into the trap of wars and violations of human rights.
