Résumé: Summray of the Study: This study aims to reveal the role of electronic library to student limit from the readability of the paper book, we choose this subject for many reasons, including that the paper book Best Friend and increase culture and knowledge, so we need attention to it in the light of an era when faded reading and reading it, and try to reduce this phenomenon, and that is the main question was formulated as follows: - What is the E-Library role in student limit of el oued University of readability of the paper book ?. This falls under the main question the following sub-questions: - What is the nature of the services provided by the electronic library to the student of University of el oued ?. - To what extent the students of el oued University use the electronic library ?. - How the impact of the paper book appears in the light of the presence of the electronic library in the University of el oued ? It has been relying on the descriptive method to describe the phenomenon studied, and statistical approach to shed light on the phenomenon of statistics, and to collect data from the field was used two tools observation and questionnaire, where the questionnaire included 25 questions divided into three axes each axis answer one of the hypotheses of the study, and questions varied between closed and open, where the field study was performed on 70 students by relying on a comprehensive survey at the University of el oued .(Specialty Master Sociology Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities). This study yielded the following results: - the variation of services provided by electronic library at the University of el oued. - There is a great demand by the students of el oued university on the electronic library at the expense of traditional library . - The use of electronic library led to the fall back of students to the interest of readability of the paper book .
