Résumé: إن ما شكلته حقوق الملكية الفكرية من اهمية دوليه وداخلية لدى جميع اطياف المجتمع وذلك لارتباطها بأسمى ما يملكه الانسان ألا وهو العقل، وارتباطها الوثيق بمجالات التكنولوجيا هذه الاخيرة التي تعد معيار السيطرة والتقدم الدولي، جعل العديد من الدول تبرم العديد من الاتفاقيات الدولية لتنظيمها وإرساء احكامها، ارتأينا أن نسلط الضوء على الاتفاقيات الدولية المبرمة في هذا المجال والاحكام التي جاءت بها في هذا الشأن. Abstract: The fact that intellectual property rights constitute an international and internal importance for all strata of society because of their association with the highest human rights, namely the mind, and their close association with these areas of technology, which is the criterion of control and international progress, has made many countries conclude many international conventions to regulate and establish its provisions. To shed light on the international conventions concluded in this field and the provisions they have made in this regard.
