التأمين التعاوني: إحلال للتأمين التجاري في مواجهة الأخطار ذات الطابع المالي والتجاري

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى عرض لنظام التامين التعاوني وإظهار سبب اعتباره بديل للتأمين التجاري، من خلال إبراز الاختلافات الأساسية بينهما في تغطية مختلف الأخطار بعد أن عرفت أساليب التأمين التقليدي جدلا كبيرا حول مشروعيتها نظرا لاعتمادها على نظام الفائدة الربوية هذا من جهة، وثبوت فشلها بعد الأزمة المالية العالمية الأخيرة التي تسببت في انهيار اقتصاديات الدول من جهة أخرى. وبالرغم من النجاح الذي حققته (التأمين التعاوني) إلا أنّه مزال يواجه جملة من التحديات تقف أمام انتشار وتطور هذه الصناعة، وفي ظل هذه التحديات يبقى هناك عامل يبشر بمستقبل واعد لهذا النظام. This Study aims to present the cooperative insurance system and show why it is considered an alternative to commercial insurance, by highlighting the basic differences between them in covering various risks, after the traditional insurance methods have known a great debate about their legality due to their reliance on this usurious interest system and its failure after the global financial crisis wich caused the collapse of the economies of the countries. Despite the success achieved by (cooperative insurance), it still faces a number of challenges that stand in the way of the spread and development of this industry, and in light of these challenges, there remains a factor that promises a promising future for this system.
