مظاهر السرقة العلمية في الوسط الأكاديمي والجزاء المترتب عنها وفق أحكام القرار933 المؤرخ في 28/07/2016
Résumé: ملخص : تعتبر السرقة العلمية المظهر الغالب في خروج الباحث عن الأمانة العلمية، لذلك نجد القرار الوزاري رقم 933 المؤرخ في 28/07/2016 قد تضمن مظاهر السرقة العلمية والجزاء المترتب عند ارتكاب الباحث لإحدى صورها. وفق ما سابق يتناول هذا المقال تحديد مظاهر السرقة العلمية بالاعتماد على معايير معينة بالإضافة إلى تحديد الجزاء المترتب في حالة المخالفة وذلك باستقراء نصوص القرار المذكور. الكلمات المفتاحية: السرقة العلمية، الأمانة العلمية، التوثيق، الاقتباس. Abstract: Scientific Plagiarism is the predominant aspect of the researcher's deviation from scientific ethics, so Order No. 933 of July 28th 2016 sets the rules for prevention and the fight against plagiarism. According to the above, this article deals with the identification of plagiarism manifestations on the basis of specific criteria in addition to determining the penalties incurred in case of violation by extrapolating the provisions of the order.
