قياس العوامل المؤثرة في توجه الطلبة الجامعيين لإنشاء المشاريع المقاولاتية

Résumé: We attempted through our study, we tried to identify the factors influencing the orientation of university students to establish entrepreneurial projects, and we devoted the University of Abdel Hafeez Boualsouf - Mila to this, highlighting the most important concepts related to entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, and orientation, as well as the factors influencing the orientation of university students to establish basic and other contractual projects. The field study came For a sample of students in the years of graduation, who are 03 Bachelor’s and 02 Master’s students at the University of Mila, relying on a hypothetical model that was built after reviewing and analyzing knowledge related to the subject within the framework of a main hypothesis from which bhypotheses emerged, and the proof of its rejection or acceptance was used using the SPSS program. And we reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was that motives are one of the most important factors nfluencing university students' orientation to establish categoryal projects,followed by entrepreneurial culture, then the categoryal spirit, personality traits, categoryal education and support systems
