دور الجمعيــــــــــــات الرياضية والشبانية في ترقية الممارسة الرياضية لدى الفئات الشبانية.

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى دور الجمعيــــــــــــات الرياضية والشبانية في ترقية الممارسة الرياضية لدى الفئات الشبانية، والتعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه الجمعيات الرياضية والشبانية في تأطير مختلف الفئات الشبانية، وكذلك إبراز دور الجمعيات الرياضية والشبانية في ترشيد مختلف الفئات نحو الممارسة الرياضية ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة ، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي حيث تكونت عينة البحث من و31 مسيرا وعضو في مختلف الجمعيات التي تنشط بمجتمع قيد الدراسة وتمثلت ادوات الدراسة في استمارة الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة الميدانية ، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى ان للجمعيات الرياضية والشبانية دور في إرشاد وتوجيه الفئات الشبانية نحو الممارسة الرياضية وكذلك تساهم الجمعيات الرياضية والشبانية في تفعيل ناحية التفوق الرياضي ، وايضا للجمعيات الرياضية والشبانية دور في التنمية الشاملة والتنشئة الاجتماعية للفئات الشبانية وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه النتائج البحث يوصي الباحث بما يلي: -الاهتمام بالفئات الشبانية والتكفل بهم من خلال مطالهم لان مستقبل البلاد يرجع إلى مدى اهتمام السلطات العليا بهذه الفئات. -الاهتمام بالجمعيات الرياضية والشبانية هو اهتمام بمستقبل الرياضة الوطنية لأنها الركية الأساسية في الرياضة الوطنية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجمعيات الرياضية، الممارسة الرياضية، الفئات الشبانية Summary The study aimed at the role of sports and youth associations in promoting sports practice among youth groups, and identifying the role played by sports and youth societies in framing various youth groups, as well as highlighting the role of sports and youth societies in rationalizing various groups towards sports practice In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive approach, whereby the research sample consisted of 31 managers and members of the various societies that are active in the community under study. The study tools were represented in the questionnaire form as a tool for the field study, and the results of the study concluded that the sports and youth societies have a role in guiding and directing the youth groups towards practice. Sports, as well as sports and youth societies, contribute to activating the aspect of sports excellence, and sports and youth societies have a role in the comprehensive development and socialization of youth groups. In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommends the following: Taking care of the youth groups and taking care of them through their extension, because the future of the country is due to the extent of the higher authorities ’interest in these groups.
