إسهامات المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمنظمات في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة -حالة شركة مايكروسوفت-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى مساهمة المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمنظمات في دعم و تعزيز سلوك المواطنة و تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، هذه الأخيرة التي أصبحت مطلبا عالميا ملحا، يستدعي من هذه المنظمات السعي جاهدة للقيام بأنشطة اجتماعية تكتسب من خلالها صفة المواطن الصالح، و تشارك بصورة إيجابية في تحقيق الرفاه المجتمعي الدائم، و لإبراز جوانب هذه الدراسة قمنا بالتطرق للمسؤولية الاجتماعية المنتهجة في استراتيجية شركة مايكروسوفت نظرا لكونها نموذجا يحتذى به في تنفيذ برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية خاصة تلك المطبقة في مجال حماية البيئة وحقوق الإنسان والعمل الخيري. Abstract: This study aims to clarify the scope of social responsibility of organizations to support and promote the behavior of citizenship, and to achieve sustainable development, which has become an urgent global demand, these organizations are called to strive to conduct social activities through which the status of good citizen, and to participate positively in achieving a lasting social well-being. To highlight the aspects of this study, we discussed the social responsibility adopted in Microsoft's strategy as a model for implementing social responsibility programs, particularly those applied in the areas of environmental protection, human rights and philanthropy.
