التصور العقلي كإستراتيجية فعالة ضمن إستراتيجيات إدارة الضغوط المهنية- قراءة تحليلية -
Résumé: يعرض المقال إستراتيجيات إدارة الضغوط المهنية، وفعالية التصور العقلي كإستراتيجية فردية فعالة لها بعدها السيكولوجي في مواجهة الضغوط المهنية، ودراسة أهمية العامل الوسيط المتمثل في الشخصية باعتبارها مصدرا للضغط وكذلك ميكانيزم فعال في مواجهة الضغوط النفسية في بيئة العمل وخارجه. وعليه التعرف على هذه الإستراتيجيات وكيفية إستخدامها، وذلك من خلال التقدير المعرفي الجيد للموقف الضاغط واختيار الإستراتيجيات التي تتماشى معه، والتي تعتبر أحسن وسيلة للتعامل مع الضغوط المهنية. الكلمات المفتاحية: إستراتيجيات إدارة الضغوط المهنية؛ التصور العقلي. Abstract: The article presents professional stress management strategies, the effectiveness of mental perception as an effective individual strategy with a psychological dimension in the face of professional pressures, and examines the importance of the intermediate factor of personality as a source of pressure as well as an effective mechanics in the face of psychological pressures in the work environment and beyond. He must learn about strategies and how to use them, through a good cognitive appreciation of the stressful situation and the choice of strategies that are in line with it, which are the best way to deal with professional pressures.
