النشر الإلكتروني كآلية لحماية المصنفات الرقمية

Résumé: يعتبر النشر الإلكتروني من بين أهم آليات حماية حقوق المؤلف في البيئة الرقمية، حيث مكنت عملية التحول من النشر التقليدي إلى النشر الالكتروني من زيادة تداول المصنفات الرقمية عبر الانترنت. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض المفاهيم المختلفة للنشر الالكتروني ومبررات التحول من النشر التقليدي إلى النشر الالكتروني، وكذا ابراز إيجابيات ومعوقات النشر الإلكتروني، ومن ثم بيان دور النشر الالكتروني في حماية المصنفات الرقمية ومن خلالها حقوق المؤلف في البيئة الرقمية. Abstract: Electronic publishing is among the most important mechanisms for copyright protection in the digital environment, as the process of shifting from traditional publishing to electronic publishing has enabled an increase in the circulation of digital works over the Internet. This study aims to review the different concepts of electronic publishing and the justifications for shifting from traditional publishing to electronic publishing, as well as highlighting the pros and cons of electronic publishing, and then showing the role of electronic publishing in protecting digital works and promoting copyright in the digital environment.
