Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز مساهمة تسيير المسار المهني ودوره في تحسين وتنمية الكفاءات البشرية في الإدارات العمومية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على مفهوم ومراحل تسيير المسار المهني في الإدارة العمومية، ودوره في تنمية الكفاءات البشرية، حيث أصبحت تنمية الكفاءات ضرورة حتمية لمواجهة التحديات وعامل مهم لتطوير الإدارة العمومية والارتقاء بمستوى الأداء الوظيفي. Abstract: This aim of this study is to highlight the contribution of career management and its role in the improvement and development of human competencies in the public administration, by identifying the concept and stages of the operation of the career path and its role in the development of human competencies , which has become imperative to face the development of public administration and the improvement of the level of performance .
