طبيعة الاختصاصات الإدارية لمجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة

Résumé: إلى جانب الاختصاص الأساسي والهام لمجلس الأمن الدولي المتعلق بحفظ السلم والأمن الدوليين، نص ميثاق الأمم المتحدة على مجموعة من الاختصاصات ذات الطابع الإداري والتنظيمي، ويمارسها مجلس الأمن الدولي إما مستقلا أو بالاشتراك مع الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، حيث يستوجب ميثاق الأمم المتحدة في كثير من الأمور صدور توصية بأمر معين من طرف مجلس الأمن الدولي وبناءا على هذه التوصية يصدر القرار من الجمعية العامة.
