Résumé: يعد مفهوم الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص في جوهره آلية أو وسيلة أو ترتيب تعاقدي لتقديم خدمة معينة، فقد أصبح شائعا في مجال التنمية المستدامة ومع اتفاق الكثير على أن الشراكة بين القطاعين أسلوب مهم في تنفيذ استراتيجيات التنمية المستدامة، حيث أنه تنبع فكرة الربط بين الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص والتنمية المستدامة في كون أن القطاعين العام والخاص يتمتعان بمزايا فردية يمكن التوليف بينها لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ويكون ذلك في كثير من الحالات وفق ترتيبات مؤسسية تختلف آليات تحقيقها للتنمية المستدامة، ويكون ذلك من خلال تحديد الآلية المناسبة والملائمة لطبيعة المشروعات المحلية من جهة، ومن جهة الأسلوب المناسب في حشد إمكانيات القطاعين العام والخاص. The concept of public-private partnership is essentially a contractual mechanism, means or arrangement for the provision of a particular service. It has become commonplace in the area of sustainable development. It is widely agreed that partnership between the two sectors is an important way of implementing sustainable development strategies. Public and private sectors and sustainable development in that public and private sectors enjoy individual benefits that can be combined to achieve sustainable development, often in institutional arrangements with different mechanisms for achieving sustainable development through the identification of the appropriate mechanism Appropriate to the nature of local projects on the one hand, hand the appropriate method in mobilizing public and private sector potential.
