Le Psychologue Clinicien Face Au Cadre Thérapeutique

Résumé: Résumé Notre contribution se propose de traiter l'hypothèse du cadre thérapeutique en tant que métaphore du premier objet en soulignant sa place dans la pratique du psychologue clinicien et ce, à partir de deux illustrations cliniques d'adultes reçus dans le cadre de notre consultation psychologique. En effet, le psychologue clinicien dans son implication est loin d'être passif, il est appelé sans cesse à découvrir et faire découvrir à l'individu son fonctionnement psychique. Mais comment ? La complexité des facteurs en cause de certaines souffrances psychologiques laisse souvent penser à la difficulté de l'intervention du psychologue clinicien dans leur prise en charge. Dans cette perspective, quelle serait donc la nature de l'implication du psychologue dans ce type de rencontre ? Abstract Our contribution intends to cover the hypothesis of the therapeutic setting, as a metaphor of the first object. We aim to highlight the place of this setting in the practice using two clinical illustrations of adult cases, treated during our psychological examination. In fact, the clinical psychologist dedicated to his practice is actively and continuously discovering and helping the patient to discover his psychological functioning. But how does that exactly work? The complexity of the origin factors of some psychological suffering leads to think about how hard it is for the clinical psychologist to take care of the patient. From this perspective, what would be the nature of the therapist's implication in this kind of moetings? Keywords : The therapentic setting, the first object, the psychological functioning. ملخص : تطمح هذه المساهمة إلى فحص فرضية الإطار العلاجي كتشبيه للموضوع الأول وذلك بالتأكيد على مكانته في ممارسة الأخصائي العيادي من خلال عرض حالتين عياديتين لراشدين. بالفعل، فالأخصائي العيادي ليس بالخامل في تدخله، حيث تتطلب منه المساعدة النفسية إستكشاف و توضيح التوظيف النفسي للفرد الذي يطلب المساعدة، ولكن كيف يقوم بذلك؟ يشير تعقيد العوامل التي تشرح بعض المعاناة النفسية إلى صعوبة مهام الأخصائي العيادي. لذا، كيف سيكون تدخله أمام هذه الحالات؟ هذا ما سنحاول الإجابة عنه في هذا المقال. كلمات مفتاحية: الإطار العلاجي الموضوع الأول، التوظيف النفسي.
