نجاح العملية الرياضية التربوية في المدارس الثانوية انعكاس للمهارات الأساسية في تدريس المادة

Résumé: يرى الكثيرون من أهل الاختصاص، أنه سيكون للمهارات الأساسية في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية الدور الكبير في مساعدة المعلم والمتعلم في تحقيق أهداف العملية الرياضية التربوية ومن هنا تتجلى مشكلة الدراسة في محاولة جديدة لتجريب المهارات الأساسية في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية وانعكاسها على نجاح العملية الرياضية التربوية في المدارس الثانوية. ولتسليط الضوء على هذه المشكلة، أجرى الباحث دراسة على عينة قوامها 120 تلميذ و35 أستاذ في المرحلة الثانوية. ( ثانويات الجزائر شرق ). وجاءت أهداف الدراسة على سياق واحد وهو معرفة إن كانت هذه المهارات الاساسية في التدريس تساعد في نجاح العملية الرياضية التربوية في المدارس الثانوية. أما بالنسبة للنتائج فكانت كلها حسب التوقعات الموضوعة من طرف الباحث ، حيث أنه وجد ان للمهارات الاساسية في التدريس دور فعّال في العملية التربوية الرياضية التدريسية في المؤسسات التعليمية الثانوية Many of the specialists consider that the basic skills in the teaching of physical education and sports will play a major role in helping the teacher and learner achieve the objectives of the educational sports process. Hence, the study problem is manifested in a new attempt to experiment with the basic skills in teaching physical education and sports, Education in secondary schools. To highlight this problem, the researcher conducted a study on a sample of 120 students and 35 secondary school teachers. (Secondary Algeria East). The objectives of the study were based on one context: to see if these basic teaching skills were conducive to the success of the educational sports process in secondary schools. As for the results were all according to the expectations set by the researcher, as it was found that the basic skills in teaching an effective role in the educational process of sports teaching in secondary educational institutions
