دراسة تحليلية لأبعاد التوجه المقاولاتي وفق نموذج الحدث المقاولاتي لـ Shapero و Sokol

Résumé: باعتبار المقاولاتية أصبحت مصدر اهتمام العديد من الدول كونها تخلق فرص عمل والثروة من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى تباينت الآراء في الأدبيات الاقتصادية حول مجمل العوامل المؤثرة في التوجه المقاولاتي، غير أن مجملها في أدبيات المقاولاتية تطرقت في دراساتها لنموذج شابيرو والمعنون بتكوين الحدث المقاولاتي، وعلى هذا الأساس تأتي ورقتنا البحثية بهدف معرفة محددات التوجه المقاولاتي للأفراد وفق نموذج شابيرو وسوكولو. توصلت نتائج الدراسة على أهمية المحيط الاجتماعي في تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية والرغبة في انشاء المؤسسات، يجب إعطاء المحيط الاجتماعي دورا محوريا فيما يخص خلق ثقافة المقاولة لدى الشباب، سواء المتعلمين أوغيرهم. Considering that entrepreneurship has become a source of interest in many countries as it creates jobs and wealth on the one hand, and on the other hand, opinions differed in the economic literature on the entirety of the factors affecting the entrepreneurial trend, but all of them in the entrepreneurial literature dealt in its studies with the Shapiro model, which is concerned with the formation of the entrepreneurial event. The basis Our research paper aims to know the determinants of the entrepreneurial orientation of individuals according to the Shapiro and Sokolo model. The results of the study concluded on the importance of the social environment in promoting the entrepreneurial culture and the desire to establish enterprises. The social environment must be given a pivotal role in terms of creating an enterprise culture among young people, whether the educated or others.
