معوقات الإدارة المدرسية وعلاقتها باتجاهات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية نحو مهنة التدريس

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن معوقات الإدارة المدرسية وعلاقتها باتجاهات الأستاذ نحو مهنة التدريس ، وإذا ما كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري الخبرة المهنية والمؤهل العلمي .ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة جرى الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ،وطبقت على عينة بلغ عددها (30)ـ تم استخدام الاستبيان، وقد توصلنا للنتائج التالية: -توجد معيقات لإدارة المدرسية بنسبة متوسطة. -توجد اتجاهات ايجابية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية نحومهنة التدريس. -لاتوجد فروق لاتجاهات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية نحو مهنة التدريس تعزى لصالح متغيري الخبرة المهنية والمؤهل العلمي . This study aimed to reveal the obstacles of school administration and its relationship to the professor's directions towards the teaching profession, and if there are statistically significant differences due to the variables of professional experience and the educational qualification. And to achieve the goals of the study, the descriptive approach was relied upon, and applied to a sample of (30) Using the questionnaire, and we have reached the following results: There are moderate school management obstacles. There are positive trends among physical and sports education professors. There are no differences for the trends of physical and sports education professors towards the teaching profession, due to the benefit of professional experience and educational qualification.
