دور التسويق السياحي في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية دراسة حالة مركب الغزال الذهبي

Résumé: هدفنا من خلال دراستنا هذه إلى إظهار الاهمية الكبرى التي أصبح يمثلها التسويق السياحي في السياحة الحديثة، إظهار الميزة التنافسية التي يقدمها التسويق السياحي، محاولة البحث في الفجوة الين الجانب النظري لمفهوم التسويق السياحي وما يطالق فعلياً في الميدان. اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإحاطة بالجانب النظري من خلال توضيح أهم المفاهيم الخاصة بالتسويق السياحي ودوره في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية لقطاع السياحة، كما تم استخدام منهج دارسة حالة من أجل فهم الواقع واستخلاص النتائج. ومن خلال دراستنا توصلنا الى أن التسويق السياحي يساهم في رفع تنافسية المؤسسات السياحية. كما يعتبر أيضا مفتاح بقاء المؤسسات في ظل الظروف المتغيرة، حيث يساعدها على التكيف مع التغيرات الجديدة في ظل التطور التكنولوجي. Our goal, through this study, is to show the great importance that tourism marketing has become in modern tourism, to show the competitive advantage that tourism marketing offers, and to try to investigate the gap between the theoretical side of the concept of tourism marketing and what it actually applies to in the field. In this study, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach to cover the theoretical aspect by clarifying the most important concepts of tourism marketing and its role in enhancing the competitive advantage of the tourism sector. A case study approach was also used in order to understand reality and draw conclusions. Through our study, we concluded that tourism marketing contributes to raising the competitiveness of tourism institutions. It is also considered the key to the survival of institutions under changing circumstances, as it helps them adapt to new changes in light of technological development.
