الاحتراق النفسي لدى الأطباء وأعوان الصحة بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية أول نوفمبر بوهران خلال جائحة كوفيد-19-

Résumé: ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة تقصي مستوى الاحتراق النفسي والعوامل المؤثرة فيه لدى الأطباء وأعوان الصحة العاملين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية أول نوفمبر بوهران والتي تم تخصيصها لجائحة كوفيد-19-حيث اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستعننا بمقياس ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسي الذي تم تطبيقه على عينة قوامها 110 فردا. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي في كل من بعد الانهاك الانفعالي ، و تدني الشعور بالانجاز تعزى الى متغير الجنس، بينما لا توجد فروق في بعد تبلد المشاعر. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي بأبعده الثلاثة تعزى الى متغير الخبرة. كما اوضحت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في بعدي الانهاك الانفعالي وتدني الشعور بالانجاز تعزى الى متغير الوظيفة، بينما توجد فروق في بعد تبلد المشاعر تعزى الى متغير الوظيفة. كلمات مفتاحية: الاحتراق النفسي، جائحة كوفيد -19- Abstract: In this study, we aim to investigate the level of psychological burnout and the factors affecting it among doctors and health personnel working in the hospital of the 1st of November in Oran, which was designated for the Covid-19 pandemic. Where we adopted the descriptive analytical approach and used the Maslash Burnout Scale, which was applied to a sample of 110 individuals. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the level of psychological burnout in both emotional exhaustion and a lower sense of achievement due to the gender variable. While there were no differences in the dimension of dulling emotion. There were differences in the level of psychological burnout in its three dimensions due to experience variable. There were no differences in emotional exhaustion and a lower sense of achievement attributable to the function’s variable, while there are differences in the dimension of emotion dulling due to function’s variable.
