Moral Economics In Islam: Financial Transactions As A Model

Résumé: This study based on the descriptive and analytical approach to answering the study's question: What is the importance of ethics in Islamic economics? How does ethics guide financial transactions among Muslims?. we try to identify the concept of moral economics from the perspective of Islam, with reference to financial transactions specifically. On the other hand, we discuss the elements of moral economics in Western thought by examining its concept and stages of development. The study found that Islamic values remain consistent in their economic and financial context without changing moral constants. Conversely the socialist and capitalist economic system faced many changes, which ultimately led to a change in the features of those systems. While the principles of Islamic economics are still primarily ethical, Islam has not deviated or changed its foundations since the revelation more than fourteen centuries ago. تستند هذه الدراسة إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والإجابة عن سؤال الدراسة: ما أهمية الأخلاق في الاقتصاد الإسلامي؟ كيف توجه الأخلاق المعاملات المالية بين المسلمين ؟. نحاول تحديد مفهوم الاقتصاد الأخلاقي من منظور الإسلام ، مع الإشارة إلى المعاملات المالية على وجه التحديد. من ناحية أخرى ، نناقش عناصر الاقتصاد الأخلاقي في الفكر الغربي من خلال دراسة مفهومه ومراحل تطوره. ووجدت الدراسة أن القيم الإسلامية تظل متسقة في سياقها الاقتصادي والمالي دون تغيير الثوابت الأخلاقية. في المقابل، واجه النظام الاقتصادي الاشتراكي والرأسمالي العديد من التغييرات، مما أدى في النهاية إلى تغيير ملامح تلك الأنظمة. في حين أن مبادئ الاقتصاد الإسلامي لا تزال أخلاقية في المقام الأول، فإن الإسلام لم ينحرف أو يغير أسسه منذ الوحي قبل أكثر من أربعة عشر قرنا.
