إدارة مخاطر صيغ التمويل الإسلامي في البنوك الإسلامية - دراسة ميدانية في عدة فروع لبنك البركة-
Résumé: تعتبر صيغ التمويل الإسلامي إحدى أهم الصيغ التمويلية ذات الكفاءة العالية نظرا لتنوعها وتعدد أساليها، وهو ما جعلها تساهم في تغطية الاحتياجات التمويلية لمختلف المؤسسات أو أفراد العجز، بما يتناسب مع طبيعتها وحجمها ومجال نشاطها، وقد برزت كفاءة التمويل الإسلامي المتعلقة باحتواء الأزمات والمخاطر والتقلبات الدورية، وكفاءته المتعلقة بتكامل أشكاله وصيغه وأساليبه في السنوات الأخيرة. تستبعد أساليب التمويل الإسلامي التمويل بالدين لتحل محله صيغ تمويلية أخرى تعتمد أساسا على المشاركات المصرفية التي تبرز كصيغة تمويلية واستثمارية قائمة بحد ذاتها فهي تساهم بشكل كبير في الحد من مخاطر التمويل الإسلامي، وتتميز بتعدد أشكالها خاصة مع وجود أدوات مالية إسلامية قائمة على صيغة التمويل بالمشاركة. ولهذا فقد تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية في عدة فروع لبنك البركة في ولايات بالغرب الجزائري، وذلك من خلال توزيع 100استبيان لاستطلاع أراء العملاء و موظفي البنك حول المخاطر التمويل الإسلامي وكيفية إدارتها، فقد تم استرجاع 65 استبيان منها صالحة للمعالجة، والتي أفضت إلى عدة نتائج مضمنة في خلاصة البحث. Our study aims to focus on managing the risks of financing formulas in Islamic banks through conducting a field study at several branches of Al Baraka Bank. And Islamic finance is one of the most important forms of finance, which is highly efficient because of the diversity and the multiplicity of its methods and tools . Also, It contributes to cover the financing needs of different institutions or individuals in deficit, in proportion to their nature, size and field of activity. In recent years, the efficiency of Islamic finance has been emerged in terms of containing crises, risks and cyclical fluctuations due to the integration of its forms, formulas and methods. We conducted a field study at several branches of Al Baraka Bank, where we distributed about 70 forms to our employees and retrieved 60 form valid for processing the spss program, equivalent to 85.71%. After analyzing it, we found that the Islamic financing formulas have a great benefit to their customers,
