Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة اتجاهات أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية نحو ممارسة النشاط الرياضي الترويحي في أوقات الفراغ، وتوصلنا في دراستنا أن للأساتذة اتجاهات إيجابية نحو ممارسة النشاط الرياضي الترويحي في أوقات الفراغ، أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية يستخدمون وقت الفراغ من أجل ممارسة الأنشطة الرياضية الترويحية، ويعتبرون الأساتذة أن الأنشطة الرياضية الترويحية مهمة جدا في حياتهم أثناء وقت الفراغ، كماتساهم الأنشطة الرياضية الترويحية في خلق علاقات اجتماعية بين الأساتذة في وقت الفراغ، وتعد الأنشطة الرياضية الترويحية في أوقات الفراغ ضرورة حتمية في جميع المراحل العمرية.
