تأثير تطبيق قانون مشروع الجزيرة لسنة 2005م علي إنتاج بعض المحاصيل بالمشروع, ولاية الجزيرة, السودان.

Résumé: ملخص : تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلي دراسة تأثير تطبيق قانون مشروع الجزيرة لسنة (2005م) علي إنتاج محاصيل القطن والقمح والفول السوداني و الذرة . اعتمدت الورقة علي البيانات والمعلومات الثانوية واستخدمت تحليل الاتجاه العام لدراسة التغير في إنتاجية المحاصيل كما استخدمت اختبار (ت) لمعرفة الأثر المعنوي لتطبيق القانون علي الإنتاج باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ((SPSS, أظهرت النتائج أن تطبيق القانون له تأثيرا ايجابيا علي إنتاجية الفول السوداني وله تأثيرا سلبيا علي إنتاجية القطن و القمح و الذرة. توصي الورقة بضرورة إعادة النظر في السياسات الكلية و إعادة تأهيل البنيات الأساسية للمشروع. Abstract : The aim of this research paper was to study the impact of applying Gezira Scheme Act 2005 on the production of some crops in the scheme during seasons (2000-2010).The paper depended exclusively on secondary data and applied both descriptive and quantitative analysis, secular trend analysis as an analytical model have been used to specify changes on productivity of the main crops, t- test was used to determine the significant of crops productivity before and after application of the Act during the study period. Results revealed that application of the Act has a positive impact on Groundnut productivity and negative impact onproductivityof Cotton, Wheat and sorghum .The paper recommend that government should have to revise the Act and the macro economic policies.rehabitae the Gezira Scheme infrastructure.
