أنظمة الإدارة المندمجة (smi) كأداة للتحسين المستمر في المؤسسة الاقتصادية – دراسة حالة مجموعة من المؤسسات بولاية سطيف

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى ارتباط تطبيق متطلبات أنظمة الإدارة المندمجة (9001 ISO، 14001 ISO و18001 OHSAS أو 45001 ISO) بأداة التحسين المستمر في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطوير استمارة معلومات وزعت على عينة قصدية من إطارات مجموعة من المؤسسات بولاية سطيف، بواقع (62) إطارا؛ بحيث تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS.25). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أنه فعلا يرتبط تطبيق متطلبات أنظمة الإدارة المندمجة (9001 ISO، 14001 ISO و18001 OHSAS أو 45001 ISO) في المؤسسات محل الدراسة بأداة التحسين المستمر. Abstract: The purpose of This study is to identify the extent to which the application of the requirements of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001) is related to the continuous improvement tool in the economic enterprise, To achieve the requirements of the study, an information form was distributed on an intentional sample from the frameworks of a group of institutions In Setif Province, by (62) executives; So That the data were analyzed using (SPSS.25) program.The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the application of the requirements of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001) in the institutions under study is related to the continuous improvement tool.
