تحليل اقتصادي للتجارة الخارجية الزراعية في الجزائر دراسة قياسية للفترة 1995-2014

Résumé: تناولت الدراسة تحليل اقتصادي للتجارة الخارجية الزراعية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1995-2014, وانتهجت الدراسة منهج التحليل الوصفي في تحليل تطورات التجارة الخارجية, و في وصف المفاهيم الأولية, والمنهج الإحصائي القياسي في إبراز أثر التجارة الخارجية الزراعية على الناتج الزراعي في الجزائر، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن الواردات تؤثر في معدل نمو الناتج الزراعي في الجزائر على اعتبار أن الواردات الزراعية أحد وسائل توريد المستلزمات الضرورية في عملية الإنتاج الزراعي. ومن أهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها الدراسة تركيز الاهتمام بتأهيل المشاريع الزراعية الكبرى المخصصة للصادرات والاستغلال الأمثل للموارد الطبيعية التي تزخر بها الجزائر من خلال مضاعفة الإنتاج الزراعي وإكمال البنيات التحتية للصادر الزراعي من نقل, تسويق، تخزين The study has analyzed economic and agricultural foreign trade in Algeria addressed during the period 1995-2014, the study adopted a methodology descriptive analysis in the foreign trade developments analysis, and in the description of the initial concepts, and standard statistical approach in highlighting the impact of agricultural foreign trade on agricultural output in Algeria, the study concluded the following findings : Imports affect agricultural output growth rate in Algeria on the grounds that agricultural imports as a means of supplying the necessary supplies in the agricultural production process. One of the main recommendations of the study, the focus of attention devoted to the rehabilitation of exports and optimal exploitation of natural resources that abound in Algeria by doubling agricultural production and complete infrastructure for agricultural issued by the transport, marketing, storage of large agricultural projects.
