محاولة لتقييم مدى نجاعة التوجه الجديد لاكتساب شهادتي الخبير المحاسب ومحافظ الحسابات في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتقييم التوجه الجديد للحصول على شهادتي الخبير المحاسب ومحافظ الحسابات في الجزائر ، وهذا من خلال تسليط الضوء على المتطلبات الرئيسية للمسار التعليمي الجديد وفق ما تم اصداره من قرارات ومراسيم تنفيذية. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمنا استبيان صمم ووزع على مجموعة من الفاعلين في مجال المحاسبة والتدقيق، وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 82 مفردة. خلصت الدراسة الى أن التوجه الجديد الذي تبنته الجزائر لمنح شهادات الخبرة المحاسبية ومحافظة الحسابات سيساهم في رفع كفاءة المهنيين لتضمنه انتقاء أولي، تكوين نظري، وتدريب مهني. كما توصلت الدراسة الى وجود نقائص في المسار الجديد وأوصت بضرورة اعادة النظر فيها خاصة فيما يتعلق بالتخصصات التي تمنح حق المشاركة في المسابقة، محتوى برامج التعليم بالمعهد، وبعض اجراءات التربص التطبيقي. الكلمات المفتاحية: مسار تعليمي، خبير محاسب، محافظ حسابات تصنيف JEL: M41، M42، M49. t : The present study aims to evaluate the new trend to obtain the diplomas of the accounting expert and the accountant in Algeria, by highlighting the main requirements for the new educational path in accordance with the decisions and executive decrees issued. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we used a questionnaire designed and distributed to a sample of 82 accountants and auditors. The study concluded that the new approach adopted by Algeria to grant accounting expert diploma and maintain accounts will contribute to raising the efficiency of professionals to include preliminary selection, theoretical training, and vocational training. The study also found shortcomings in the new track and recommended the need to reconsider them, especially with regard to the disciplines that grant the right to participate in the competition, the content of the educational programs at the institute, and some of the practical training procedures.
