الوظائــف والمهــن بمدينــة قسنطينــة في العهد العثماني من خلال نوازل الفكون

Résumé: تناولنا في هذا المقال الألقاب الدينية و أسماء الوظائف و المهن التي كانت تطلق على أصحاب الوظائف في الدولة العثمانية في الجزائر و بالخصوص في الناحية الشرقية و بالتحديد في عاصمة الشرق الجزائري قسنطينة، وفق ، ما جاء في مخطوط النوازل لصاحبه محمد بن عبد الكريم الفكون شيخ الإسلام بقسنطينة خلال القرن ثامن عشر ميلادي ، وهذه الألقاب كثيرة و متنوعة منها: شيخ الإسلام، القاضي، المفتي، أمير الحج، نقيب الأشراف، الوالي، الحاكم الشرعي، النائب في الأحكام الشرعية، أمين بالإذن الشرعي، نائب بيت المال، جانب المخزن، ناظر المواريث، ناظر الأحباس، الموثق، المنتصب للعدالة، المقوم للرباع، الكنّاف، و ما مدلول كل لقب، و مكانة صاحبه في المجتمع الجزائري في ذلك الوقت. In this article we discussed the religious Terms and the names of jobs and professions that were launched on the owners of jobs in the Ottoman Empire in Algeria, especially in the eastern region and specifically in the capital of the East of Constantine, according to what was written in the manuscript of the descendants of Mohammed bin Abdul Karim al-Faqoon Sheikh Islam In the eighteenth century AD.
