متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في المنشآت الرياضية بالجزائر -دراسة ميدانية بالمنشآت الرياضية لولايتي المسيلة وبرج بوعريريج.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم المتطلبات التي تسمح بنجاح تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في المنشآت الرياضية بالجزائر ، وجاءت هذه الدراسة لإظهار أهمية التكنولوجيات الحديثة وتطبيقاتها في المجال الرياضي وهذا ما هو حاصل على مستوى إدارة وتسيير المنشآت الرياضية في الدول المتقدمة والمتطورة ، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي على عينة تمثلت في 35مسير للمنشآت الرياضية بولايتي المسيلة وبرج بوعريريج، وكانت العينة قصدية ، حيث استخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة في الدراسة ، حيث قمنا بتوزيع استمارات الاستبيان عل مسيري المنشآت الرياضية بولاتي المسيلة وبرج بوعريريج وتم الحصول على البيانات وتطبيق الأساليب الإحصائية للوصول الى النتائج ومقارنتها بفرضيات الدراسة ، وقد أشارت أهم نتائج الدراسة إلى انه يعتبر المورد البشري و الوسائل المادية إضافة إلى الجانب الفني من بين المتطلباتالأساسية التي تساهم في نجاح تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في المنشآت الرياضية بالجزائر ، ومن أهم التوصيات :تكوين الإطارات المتخصصة في استخدام عناصر الإدارة الالكترونية على أيدي ذات خبرة وكفاءة متخصصة في هذا المجال،و العمل على توفير الإمكانات المادية والبشرية المؤهلة من اجل تسهيل تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية بالمنشآت الرياضية، والعمل على عقد اتفاقيات مع المؤسسات الرائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا الحديثة للتدريب ونقل الخبرة لمواكبة التطور الحاصل في هذا المجال وكذا تنظيم معارض وصالونات لعرض اخر المستجدات في عالم التكنولوجيا والبرمجة وتطبيقاتها في المجال الرياضي . Abstract:The study aims to know the most important requirements that permit the successful application of electronic management in sports facilities in Algeria. This study came to show the importance of modern technologies and their applications in the sports field, and this what is happening at the field of management and operation of sports facilities in developed countries. The Descriptive method was used on a sample of 35 managers of sports facilities in the states of )M’sila( and) Bordj Bou Arreridj(., The sample was intentional, we used a questionnaire as a tool in this study, and we distributed the questionnaire forms to the managers of the sports facilities of the state of M’sila and Bordj Bou Arererig. The data were obtained and statistical methods were applied to get results and compare it with the hypotheses of the study. The most important results of the study indicated that the human resource and material means in addition to the technical side are among the basic requirements that contribute to the success of the application of electronic management in sports facilities in Algeria. and among the most important recommendations: The formation of specialized managers in the use of electronic management with experience and efficiency in this field, and work to provide qualified human material resources in order to facilitate the application of electronic management in sports facilities, and try to contract agreements with leading institutions in the field of modern technology for training and transfer experience to keep progress in this field, as well as organizing exhibitions and salons to display the latest developments in the world of technology and programming in order to apply it in the sports field.
