Résumé: ملخص: تتسم إجراءات التحقيق في قضايا الأحداث بصفة خاصة بالطبيعة الحمائية للحدث، أين يتم من خلالها البحث عن الأدلة من أجل إثبات الواقعة أو نفيها من جهة وحماية الحدث من جهة أخرى، فتسعى مختلف الإجراءات إلى حماية الحدث في كل مراحل التحقيق، وذلك عبر مختلف الإجراءات الخاصة التي قررها المشرع الجزائري لمثل هذه الفئة، وذلك من خلال تبيان مختلف المبادئ التي يقوم عليها قضاء التحقيق بالنسبة للأحداث والتي يمكن اعتبارها ضمانات يتمتع بها الحدث خلال هذه المرحلة الإجرائية الحساسة، فخصص له قاضي تحقيق خاص بالأحداث وإجراءات مرنة تراعي نفسية الحدث.
