المعاني المضمرة الاقتضائية والإنجازية في الدرس الأصولي دراسة تطبيقية في سورة البقرة

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى بيان قضيتين هامتين، في الدرس اللساني العربي، وهما: المعاني المضمرة الاقتضائية، والمعاني المضمرة الإنجازية، وذلك من منظور أصولي، للكشف عن الآليات الأصولية في فك الترميز الإضماري، والمتمثلة في دلالة الاقتضاء وعموم المقتضى، والألفاظ التي تدل على العموم، والألفاظ ذات الصيغة الطلبية، والأساليب الإنشائية (الاستفهام عند البلاغيين)، والأمر والنهي عند الأصوليين، ومفهوم المخالفة عند الأصوليين. وبما أن المجال الرحب لتطبيق هذه الآليات هو النص الشرعي، فقد اعتمدت الدراسة نماذج قرآنية من سورة البقرة؛ لأنها سورة متنوعة المضامين، متعددة الأساليب، اشتملت على محاور القرآن الأساسية، وتجلت فيها نماج التطبيق لآليات ضبط المعنى المضمر في الدرس الأصولي. This study aims to clarify two important issues in Arabic linguistic studies: implicit entailments and implicit performatives, from a foundational perspective, to reveal the foundational mechanisms in decoding implicit meanings, represented in the implications of entailment and the generality of the entailment, words that indicate generality, words with imperative forms, rhetorical styles (interrogation according to rhetoricians), commands and prohibitions according to foundationalists, and the concept of contradiction among foundationalists. Since the broad field for applying these mechanisms is the legal text, the study relied on Quranic examples from Surah Al-Baqarah; because it is a surah with diverse themes and multiple styles, encompassing the fundamental axes of the Quran and showcasing the applications of mechanisms for understanding implicit meanings in foundational studies.
