Contribution Au Développement Et Expérimentation D’un Collecteur Hybride Photovoltaïque- Thermique Dans La Zone De Ouargla
Résumé: In Ouargla region (Algeria), photovoltaic fields (PV) suffer from hard climate conditions with high temperature levels. This temperature level causes a significant fall of PV cells efficiency, which requires an integrated cooling system. Thus, that the released heat can be recovered and used as a source of energy. In order to capture as much energy as possible, we opt for the use of a photovoltaic-thermal solar collector. The performance evaluation of the whole system is carried out experimentally by making several variations of the operating parameters and the depth of the air channel. This photovoltaic-thermal system (PV / T) is modeled by a set of energy balance equations, which are solved numerically using Matlab software. The root means square of percentage deviation (RMSD) is between 1.75% and 16.25%. For a channel depth of 10 cm, the energy and exergy efficiency reach their mean values of 58.5% and 14.7%, respectively. The glass extension of 1.6 m gives a net improvement of 5% in the overall energy efficiency. An application of this system is examined on a standard residence;it shows very promising results such as self-sufficiency in electricity and 30% as coverage of the house heating needs.
