العلاقات الجزائرية المغربية وإمكانات بعث التكامل المغاربي
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة نماذج لتطبيع العلاقات بين الدول، كمحرك لدفع التكامل الإقليمي، نحو مستويات أعلى، ومجالات تكاملية أكثر تنوعاً. ومن أهم الأمثلة على ذلك الثنائي الألماني الفرنسي، والذي شكل دفعاً قوياً للبناء الأوروبي. لهذا تهتم هذه الدراسة بإمكانيات بعث التكامل المغاربي، من خلال إعادة صياغة العلاقات الجزائرية المغربية. وينصب التركيز على هاتين الدولتين بشكل خاص، نظراً لمكانتهما في النظام تحت الإقليمي المغاربي، ولكونهما السبب الأساسي في تجميد التكامل. This paper aims to study cases of normalization of relations between countries, and it’s effects on process of cooperation and regional integration. A prime example of this is German-French relations, which have been a powerful driver of European construction. That is why this article focuses on the possibilities of reviving Maghreb integration, by reformulating the relations between Algeria and Morocco. The focus will be on these two countries in particular, because of their position in the sub-regional Maghreb system on the one hand, and the fact that the nature of the relationship between the two countries is the primary reason for freezing integration on the other hand.
