الحوار المجتمعي ووسائل الاعلام الحديثة: قراءة سوسيو-مفاهيمية

Résumé: يعد الحوار المجتمعي أحد وسائل الاتصال المعتمدة بين جميع فواعل المجتمع ومختلف فئاته،فهو أحد الآليات التي تربط كل الأطراف الفاعلة والمعنية بقضايا المجتمع، هذه الآلية تمنح لأفراد المجتمع فرصة التعبير عن آرائهم وإعطاء وجهات نظرهم المختلفة، وذلك بهدف غرس ثقافة المشاركة والرغبة في العمل الجماعي وأيضا تعزيز الروابط الاجتماعية. ونظرا للتطورات التكنولوجية الحاصلة في المجتمعات وخاصة على وسائل الإعلام أدت الى بروز وسائل اعلام حديثة ومتطورة، هذه الأخيرة لها الدور في نشر ثقافة الحوار المجتمعي حول العالم من خلال كسر حواجز الزمان والمكان. وعليه جاءت ورقتنا البحثية هذه لتسليط الضوء على مفهوم الحوار المجتمعي من خلال التطرق الى تعريفه وأهدافه، التعرف على أهم العوامل المساهمة في تحقيقه وأيضا مراحل سيره، وأخيرا ابراز دور وسائل الاعلام الجديدة في نشر ثقافة الحوار المجتمعي. Community dialogue is one of the approved means of communication between all the actors of society and its various groups. It is one of the mechanisms that connect all actors involved in community issues. This mechanism gives community members the opportunity to express their opinions and give their different points of view, with the aim of instilling a culture of participation and the desire for teamwork as well strengthening social ties. In view of the technological developments taking place in societies, especially in the media, which led to the emergence of modern and advanced media, the latter has a role in spreading the culture of community dialogue around the world by breaking the barriers of time and space. Accordingly, our research paper came to shed light on the concept of community dialogue by addressing its definition and objectives, identifying the most important factors contributing to its achievement as well as the stages of its progress, and finally highlighting the role of new media in spreading the culture of community dialogue
