متطلبات التكامل الوظيفي بين المصارف الاسلامية والأسواق المالية الاسلامية ودورها في دعم التنمية الاقتصادية

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية التكامل الوظيفي بين المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية، حيث تم اعتماد مؤسستين ماليتين هما المصرف الاسلامي والسوق المالي الإسلامي، وذلك لأهميتهما الكبيرة للاقتصاد من خلال تعبئة الموارد العاطلة وإعادة توظيفها بما يخدم التنمية الاقتصادية للدولة، وقد خلصنا إلى ضرورة تفعيل هذا التكامل من خلال إنشاء سوق مالية إسلامية تمكن المصارف الاسلامية من الانخراط العملي في السوق، عن طريق اصدار أوراق مالية شرعية أو عن طريق الاستثمار في المنتجات المالية والعينية المطروحة، وكذا الاستفادة من مميزات السوق في ضبط مشاكل السيولة لدى المصارف الاسلامية وتشجيع الاستثمار الحقيقي لتحقيق الكفاءة الاقتصادية. This research aims to highlight the importance of career integration between Islamic financial institutions where two financial institutions were adopted, namely the Islamic Bank and the Islamic Financial Market. Due to their great importance to the economy through mobilizing idle resources and re-employing them to serve the economic development of the country, we concluded that this integration, should be activated During the establishment of an Islamic financial market that in turn enables Islamic banks to engage practically in the market, by either issuing legal securities or by investing in financial and in-kind products offered, as well as benefiting from market advantages in controlling liquidity problems with the Islamic banks and encourage real investment to achieve economic efficiency.
