Résumé: إن موضوع حق الإنسان في العيش في بيئة سليمة وصحية يعد اليوم من أهم الموضوعات في العصر الحديث لعلاقته بحياة الإنسان وارتباطه ببقائه، لذلك حاولنا معالجة هذا الموضوع من خلال تحديد مفهومه، و أساسه القانوني، في إطار القانون الدولي و التشريعات الوطنية ، وفي الأخير تعرضنا إلى الآليات القانونية لحماية هذا الحق، في إطار الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية، وفي نطاق التشريعات الوطنية. The issue of the human right to live in a healthy and healthy environment is today one of the most important issues in the modern era, as it relates to human life and its link to its survival, so we tried to address this issue by defining its concept and legal basis, within the framework of international law and national legislation, and in the latter we touched To the legal mechanisms to protect this right, within the framework of international agreements and covenants, and within the scope of national legislation.
