الألكستيميا لدى الراشد المصاب بمرض الشريان التاجي Alexithymia Among Adult With Coronary Artery Disease

Résumé: تناولت الدراسة الحالية موضوع الألكستيميا لدى الراشد المصاب بمرض الشريان التاجي، وذلك بهدف معرفة مستوى الألكستيميا قبل الإصابة و بعد الإصابة، ولإجراء هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي على حالة مصابة بمرض الشريان التاجي، كما تم استعمال الأدوات التالية الملاحظة العيادية، المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة ومقياس تورنتو للألكستيميا(TAS.20)،وقد تم التوصل إلى وجود مستوى ألكستيميا مرتفع لدى الراشد قبل وبعد الإصابة بمرض الشريان التاجي، والمتمثل في ارتفاع مستوى الأبعاد التالية: صعوبة وصف المشاعر، صعوبة التعرف على المشاعر، والتفكير الموجه نحو الخارج. The current study dealt with the issue of Alexithymia of the adult with coronary artery disease, with the aim of knowing the level of alexithymia before the injury and after the injury, and to conduct this study, the clinical approach was relied on the case of coronary artery disease, by the tools: the clinical observation, the half- structured clinical interview and The Toronto scale Alexithymia(TAS20). high level of Alexithymia was found in the adult before and after coronary artery disease, represented by the high level of the following dimensions: difficulty describing feelings, difficulty identifying feelings, and Externally oriented thinking.
