Résumé: الملخص توجب حماية المستهلك وجود ضوابط ذاتية للمعاملات التي تخضع لأحكام القانون، لأجل تقييد حركة السوق. وفرض قواعد يجب مراعاتها من المنتجين والوسطاء في العملية التجارية الذين يسعون لتحقيق مصالح الخاصة بمختلف الوسائل أخرى. لأنه يكون من الصعب الاعتقاد بأن السوق بعملياته المختلفة سيوفر الحماية الواجبة للمستهلك، فحماية الإجرائية للمستهلك هي مهمة جدا باعتبارها وقائية وتسبق وصول المنتج للمستهلك وهذا ما يعكس عمل أعوان التجارة باعتبارهم أصحاب الاختصاص. الكلمات المفتاحية : حماية المستهلك، أعوان التجارة ،المنتج ،الرقابة. Abstract: Consumer protection requires self-regulation of transactions that are subject to the provisions of the law, in order to restrict market movement. And impose rules that must be observed by producers and intermediaries in the business process who pursue their own interests by various other means. Because it is difficult to believe that the market, with its various operations, will provide due protection to the consumer. Procedural protection for the consumer is very important as it is preventive and precedes the arrival of the product to the consumer, and this reflects the work of trade agents as the owners of competence.
