مفهوم الكفاءة وأنظمة بنائها في المقاربة بالكفاءات

Résumé: الملخص: تُعدّ الكفاءة مفهوما أساسًا في منهج المقاربة بالكفاءات، حيث تسعى هذه المقاربة إلى بنائها وتحقيقها وترسيخها لدى المتعلمين، لذلك سنتقصاها في هذا المقال، بهدف تبيان أسس بنائها وأنظمتها في المقاربة بالكفاءات، وذلك انطلاقا من تبيان مفهومها الدقيق، ثم تبيان بنيتها المعمارية على مستويات متنوعة وهي؛ الوضعية، والكفاءة، والقدرات، والمهارات، والمضامين الدراسية، لنبين بعدها خصائصها وأنواعها، ثم نتكلم على مستوياتها المختلفة انطلاقا من الكفاءة القاعدية فالمرحلية ثم الإدماجية الختامية وأخيرا العَرْضِيّة، لنختم أخيرا بكيفية صياغتها وشروط ذلك. الكلمات المفتاحية: الكفاءة، بِنية الكفاءة، خصائص الكفاءة، صياغة الكفاءة، المقاربة بالكفاءات. ABSTRACT: The competency is a basic concept in the competency approach. as this approach seeks to build, achieve and consolidate among learners. Thus, we will investigate in this article, with the aim of showing the foundations of its construction and systems in the competency approach starting with clarifying its precise definition, then clarifying its architecture on various levels, namely; Status, Competency, Abilities, Skills, and Academic contents, to show after that their characteristics and types. Besides, we will talk about their different levels starting from the basic competency, then the interim competency, then the final inclusion competency and the episodic competency as the last one. we conclude with how it is formulated and what are the necessary conditions for that.
