الضمانات القانونية لحماية الطفل الجانح أثناء مرحلة المحاكمة

Résumé: تسعى الدول جاهدة من خلال تشريعاتها لضمان حق المتهم في المحاكمة العادلة، ويبقــى الإختلاف قائما إذا كان المتعامل معه طفلاً، لذا تبنى القانون 15/12 المتعلق بحماية الطفل وقوانين الطفولة المقارنة نفس المساعي التي تناولتها الإتفاقيات والبروتوكلات الدولية، فجاء بعدة ضمانات لتكريس هذا الحق مــــــــــن خلال حماية الطفل الجانح أثناء المحاكمة وتختلف هذه الضمانات حسب مراحل وإجراءات المحاكمة ويبقى الهدف منها دائماً حماية حقوقه.
