شروط الحضارة عند غوستاف لوبون

Résumé: في إطار البحث عن عوامل تقدم الأمم وانهيارها ظهرت نظريات عديدة يمكن اختزالها في ثلاثة مجموعات أساسية، أولها ترد ذلك للعناية الإلهية، والثانية تجعله تابعا لإرادة الانسان، والثالثة حاول أصحابها الجمع بين التصورين السابقين. وفي هذه المقالة نكون مع نظرية تنتمي إلى المجموعة الثانية، وقد طرحها المفكر الفرنسي غوستاف لوبون، الذي يعتقد أن الإنسان مؤهل للإبداع الحضاري، بفضل القدرات النفسية والذهنية، إلى جانب القدرات الجسمية التي يتمتع بها، لكنه أضاف إليها ثلاثة عوامل أخرى وهي الزمن والأفكار والبيئة، ويعتقد أنه لا سبيل أمام الأمم التي تريد التقدم والازدهار، إلا حُسن استغلال هذه العوامل الأربعة. Abstract: In the context of the search for factors for the progress and collapse of nations, many theories have emerged that can be reduced to three basic groups. the first is the divine providence, second is the human willingness; the third is a combination between the first and the second. This paper supports the second theory, it was suggested by french thinker Gustave Le Bon, Man has many psychological, mental as well as physical abilities allowing him to be creative, he added time, thoughts and environment, he thinks that exploiting these four factors wisely would lead to civilization's progress.
