Résumé: يتصف سلوك المستهلك بالديناميكية والتغير السريع وهو ما أدى إلى دراسته باستمرار من قبل المؤسسات التي تعمل في حقل التسويق، حيث أن أهم عامل أدى إلى هذه الدراسة هو النظرة التي اكتسبها المستهلكون لمختلف المؤثرات التي يمكن أن تؤثر في سلوكياتهم الشرائية خاصة مع النظرة التسويقية الحديثة التي تعتبر المستهلك جوهر العملية التسويقية وتوجد العديد من المؤثرات التي تؤثر على قرارات المستهلك، والتي شهدت تحسنا كبيرا في السنوات الأخيرة وذلك من خلال تعدد وظائفها التسويقية، لذلك فإن دراسة هذه المؤثرات وربطها بمختلف العوامل أصبح أمرا حتميا نظرا للكثير من الأمور التي تتطلب ذلك، منها التجانس بين مختلف المنتوجات في الكثير من الأحيان خاصة في السلع الاستهلاكية وكذلك المنافسة المتزايدة وزيادة درجة الوعي الاستهلاكي بنسبة كبيرة لدى غالبية المستهلكين.
