القيادة التنظيمية لتحسين الأداء الأكاديمي بالجامعات الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية--

Résumé: إنّ نجاح الجامعات في الوقت الراهن مرهون بمدى قدرة الإدارة على توجيه وتوفير أحسن الُسبل والآليات الكفيلة بتحقيق الأهداف العامة والخاصة للجامعات، الأمر الذي يتطلب من الإدارة تحسين المناخات التنظيمية داخل الجامعة، ويُعتبر نمط القيادة المُتبع من المؤشرات الجيدة التي تقيس المناخ التنظيمي السائد في الجامعة، فالقيادة التنظيمية تعمل على التوجيه، التنسيق وتحفيز مختلف الفاعلين في الجامعة، بهدف تحقيق أقصى كفاءة وفعالية لضمان جودة مخرجات الجامعة.يكتسي عضو هيئة التدريس بالجامعة مكانة مرموقة ودورا محوريا، نظرا للأدوار التي يلعبها داخل الجامعة وخارجها، الأمر الذي يحتم على الإدارة الجامعية التعامل المميز من خلال اختيار النمط القيادي الذي يعبر عن مكانة وأهمية عضو هيئة التدريس. The success of universities currently depend on the administration 's ability to guide and provide the best means and mechanisms to achieve the goals of public and private universities, which requires management to improve organizational climates within the university.Leadership is followed a pattern of good indicators that measure the prevailing organizational climate at the university, organizational leadership is working on the guidance, coordination and stimulate the various actors in the university, in order to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the university to ensure the quality of the output. He is of a member of the university faculty prestige and a pivotal role, in view of the roles played by inside and outside the university, which requires the university administration distinctive deal by selecting the type of leadership , which reflects the status and importance ofthe faculty member.
