التعليم الإلكتروني ودوره في تعليمية اللغة العربية ـ بحث في الواقع وآفاق المستقبل ـ

Résumé: لاشك في أنّ البحث في طُرقِ ترقية تعليمية اللغة العربية لجعلها وسيلة للاتصال والعلم كالبحث في أيّ قطاع من قطاعات المعرفة لا يُمكن أن يرقى إلى المستوى المطلوب إلاّ إذا تطورت أساليب تعليمية اللغة وما يُلاحظ على جهود الإصلاح والتجديد التي بُذلت لحلّ الإشكالية أنها جزئية ومتناثرة في الغالب، وتعتمد على الطرق التقليدية أكثر ما تعتمد على مستجدات الثورة التكنولوجية مما جعل بعضهم يعتقدون في نقص كفاية اللغة العربية وجمودها. إنّ ترقية تعليمية اللغة العربية يتطلب من المعلمين معرفة موضوعية بواقعها، ومعرفة علمية بمستجدات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وموضوع استغلال التعليم الإلكتروني في تعليمية اللغة العربية يأتي طرحه في سياق استيراتيجية تطوير أساليب تعليمية اللغة العربية، وبالتالي فالهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو محاولة إبراز دور التعليم الإلكتروني في تعليمية اللغة العربية من خلال تسليط الضوء على واقعه ومحاولة استشراف مستقبله. الملخص بالإنجليزية: There is no doubt that research in ways of promoting the Arabic language teaching to make it a means of communication and science, such as research in any sector of knowledge, cannot rise to the required level unless language teaching methods are developed, and what is noted on the reform and renewal efforts that were made to solve the problem are partial and scattered in Mostly, it relies on traditional methods more than it relies on the developments of the technological revolution, which made some of them believe in the inadequacy and rigidity of the Arabic language. Upgrading the teaching of the Arabic language requires teachers to have objective knowledge of its reality, and scientific knowledge of the developments in information technology, and the issue of exploiting e-learning in teaching the Arabic language comes in the context of a strategy for developing Arabic language teaching methods.
