دور الصيرفة الإلكترونية في تحديث الخدمات المصرفية في البنوك الجزائرية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الصيرفة الإلكترونية ودورها في تحديث الخدمات المصرفية في البنوك الجزائرية، وتعتبر الصيرفة الإلكترونية أحد إفرازات الاقتصاد المعرفي، التي تعتمد على تبني التكنولوجيا في تنفيذ العمليات المصرفية، وفي هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي استخدم لوصف وتحليل متغيرات الدراسة. أظهرت الدراسة أن البنوك الجزائرية تعاني من نقص الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية، حيث لا تصل إلى مستوى الدول الأخرى في تقديم الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية وتطبيقات الاقتصاد المعرفي. .This study aims to shed light on the importance of electronic banking and its role in modernizing banking services in Algerian banks. Electronic banking is considered one of the products of the knowledge economy, which depends on adopting technology in implementing banking operations. In this study, reliance was placed on the descriptive analytical approach that was used to describe and analyze Study variables. The study showed that Algerian banks suffer from a lack of electronic banking services, as they do not reach the level of other countries in providing electronic banking services and knowledge economy applications.
