أثر الشمول المالي على ربحية البنوك - دراسة قياسية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي 2011-2020

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في تأثير الشمول المالي على ربحية البنوك بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، من خلال دراسة قياسية، تعتمد على تحليل الإنحدار المتعدد لبيانات البانل، وطريقة العزوم المعممة(GMM)، على عينة مكونة من 45 بنكا تجاريا، خلال الفترة (2011-2020). وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي موجب لكل من عدد أجهزة الصراف الآلي وعدد فروع البنوك التجارية على ربحية البنوك المقاس بمعدل العائد على متوسط الأصول، بينما خلصت إلى وجود أثر معنوي سالب لعدد المودعين لدى البنوك التجارية على معدل العائد على متوسط الأصول، تؤكد هذه النتائج أهمية وفعالية تطبيق الشمول المالي على ربحية البنوك الخليجية، وتأكيد تبعات إهتمام دول المنطقة وسعيها لتحقيق مفهوم الشمول المالي. This study aims to investigate the impact of financial inclusion on the banks’ profitability in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, through an econometric study, based on multiple regression analysis of panel data, and the Generalized Method of moments (GMM), on a sample of 45 commercial banks, during the period (2011- 2020). The study concluded that there is a positive significant effect of each of the number of ATMs and the number of commercial bank branches on the banks’ profitability measured by the return on average assets, while it concluded that there is a significant negative effect of the number of depositors with commercial banks on the return on average assets. These results confirm the importance and effectiveness of applying financial inclusion on the GCC banks’ profitability, and confirm the consequences of the region's countries' interest and quest to achieve the concept of financial inclusion
