انتقال أسعار النفط إلى التضخم في الجزائر (الأثر غير المتماثل): دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج Nardl للفترة( 1990-2019)

Résumé: قدم هذا العمل نموذجا اقتصاديا قياسيا تطبيقيا لتوضيح انتقال أسعار النفط إلى التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2019، بيانات سنوية) باستخدام نموذج NARDL. كشف النموذج المقدر عن وجود تأثير غير خطي لأسعار النفط على التضخم. على وجه التحديد، وجدنا علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ارتفاع أسعار النفط والتضخم في الأجل القصير، حيث يؤدي ارتفاع أسعار النفط إلى انخفاض التضخم، لكن التأثير غير معنوي عند انخفاض أسعار النفط في كلا الأجلين (أثر غير متماثل وغير تام). الانفاق الحكومي والتضخم المستورد هي نواقل غير مباشرة لتغيرات أسعار النفط إلى التضخم. In this work, we presented an applied econometric model to illustrate the pass-through of oil prices into inflation in Algeria during the period 1990-2019 (annual data) using a NARDL model. The estimated model revealed the existence of nonlinear effect of oil prices on inflation. Specifically, we found a significant relation between oil price increases and inflation, since rising oil prices lead to low inflation. But, insignificant effect with oil price reduction (Asymmetry and incomplete effect). Government spending and imported inflation are indirect channels of oil price changes to inflation.
