Résumé: The objective of this thesis is the design, study and implementation of a prototype of a switch mode power supplies, developing a power whose intended application is the supply of a satellite receiver (demodulator). The search for such a prototype brings us to first present some generality es of the leading linear power supply, protection for food and most of the criteria for selection of types of switches. The operating principle of a switch mode power supplies discussed. Was then developed these different types. In this study it was deduced that the switch mode power supplies has excellent performance when stability is not an essential feature. It therefore widely used in embedded electronics The experimental realization of the prototype was made successfully
