أثر زيادة عدد المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات في الجزائر دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج Ardl: للفترة (2001-2022).

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تطور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تعزيز وتعظيم الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات من أجل تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر، وتركز الدراسة على تحليل وضع هذه المؤسسات وتطورها، واختبار وجود علاقة التكامل المشترك باستخدام نموذج ARDL خلال الفترة 2001-2022 توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة تشير إلى أن مؤشر التطور في الدراسة له تأثير معنوي في الأجل الطويل، وقد كان معامل الانحدار إيجابياً، مما يدل على وجود علاقة طردية بين تطور ونمو المؤسسات وزيادة الصادرات غير النفطية. This study aims to explore the impact of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on enhancing and maximizing non-oil exports to achieve economic development in Algeria. The study focuses on analyzing the status and evolution of these enterprises and testing for the existence of a cointegrating relationship using the ARDL model over the period 2001-2022. The study yielded significant results indicating that the development index in the study has a significant impact in the long term, with a positive regression coefficient, suggesting a causal relationship between the development and growth of enterprises and the increase in non-oil exports.
